A Regular Guy's Opinion on Tony Horton's P90X Exercise DVDs - 1 year Later


A little more than a year ago I posted articles on EzineArticles about Tony adamowicz Horton's P90X DVDS, that article generated there are plenty of buzz about the unit. Since then I've had we each email in and asked a lot more still use the Dvd's, and if I still feel much the same way I did when I wrote the initial article.

Yes, and correct again. I still give them a try (my wife does rather than well), and I still maintain usually the opinions I had initial original article.

After More than a year, Here's What I Feel about P90X:



  • It is still challenging, and it's yet , fun.


  • If you're creative with your workouts you may always keep them fresh. If you've found yourself a little bored of their routine, consider switching principles around.


  • There are a few exercises I just can't do, and there are some videos I never use as much.


  • I still refrain from the fitness guide, I think we recycled that. Even though this limits the effectiveness with the workouts and my consequences, but I am never going to count calories or eat consume a rabbit.


  • I've read other reviewers complain that your music gets old purely. Nonsense. While I am not trying to learn the music to download off from iTunes, it's not bad to begin with. Watching Tony and an crew didn't get boring either, even after I've available these discs repeatedly for more than a year. I actually know the average Tony's banter and ad-libbing off by heart now - my spouse finds it funny will be able to lip-synch to what he's saying because of between exercises.



Silly Observations and private Opinion:



  • My favorite disc is website: Chest and Back.


  • In several videos, Tony keeps calling Trent (a substitute teacher) with wrong name. He calls him "Adam" and "Jason" or yet one more name. The guy gets it in stride despite the.
